Summary

Ezgi (PhD, CMBE, MBA, BA (Hons)) is a Lecturer in Digital Marketing within the Marketing Division within ºÚÁÏÍø Business  School. 

Her primary research interest has focused on the contexts of robotic services, virtual experiences, and the social influence effects in those settings. Ezgi published in international academic journals, such as the Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Annals of Tourism Research, and Behaviour & Information Technology and is the recipient of prestigious funds such as the British Academy/Leverhulme and Marketing Trust and the Best Paper Award in AMA Winter Conference.

She currently serves in the Editorial Review Board of Psychology & Marketing.

Ezgi also supervises numerous MSc Marketing and MBA dissertations. She acts as RDA in 2 PhD commitees and co-supervises an external PhD student. She acts as a personal tutor to 40 students, UG and PG.
