Apply for your CAS

Navigating the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) application process is a crucial step in your journey to studying with us. We've tried to make it as straightforward as possible, so below you'll find our step-by-step guide to help you through each stage.

How to start your CAS application

Step 1: Check your email

Once you receive an email with a link to the Enroly CAS Shield system, you’re ready to begin your application. This online platform will guide you through the process and help you upload all necessary documents.

Step 2: Review your information and upload your documents

Check all your personal information is correct and upload the following documents:

  • Passport: Ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your course. If you plan to renew it, do so before starting your CAS application.
  • Academic transcripts: Upload scans of your academic records.
  • English proficiency: Supply evidence of your English language proficiency, such as an IELTS certificate (must be less than 2 years old).
  • Tuition fee deposit: Provide proof of your deposit payment (this will be credited towards your tuition fees).
  • ATAS certificate: If required for your course, upload your ATAS certificate.

Step 3: Complete financial check

You’ll need to demonstrate sufficient funding for your studies and upload the required financial documents.

Step 4: Credibility interview (if required)

You might be asked to complete a pre-CAS recorded credibility interview. This is to discuss your decision to study with us.

Step 5: Receive your CAS letter

After verifying your documents and completing any required interviews, we’ll issue your CAS letter. This will be emailed to you and contains essential information for your visa application. If there are any errors, please contact the International Admissions team immediately.

Important notes

  • Timing: Completing all steps and verifying your documents can take some time. We advise you start the process as early as possible to avoid delays.
  • Document submission: We do not accept any documents submitted via email. Please ensure all required information is uploaded directly to the CAS Shield system.

Applying for your Student visa

Once you receive your CAS, you can go ahead with your application. We recommend you apply as soon as possible to ensure everything is in order before your course begins.
